Overview
Fancy having your villa or yacht provisioned and stocked before you arrive? Planning a welcome dinner? Let us help you! We offer a provisioning service where we will shop for, deliver, and stock your groceries at your accommodation at a delivery date and time that works with your schedule. If you prefer to have your items brought to your yacht, we can do that too!
How to Order
We strive to make the process as simple as possible. Please fill out your grocery list complete with quantities, items, and requested brands (if you have a preference). If your preferred brand is not available, we will provide you with a close substitute. Once your grocery list is received, we will contact you if we have questions or anything we need to clarify. We ask that orders are placed at least two weeks in advance of your stay.
Here is an example of how to properly format your grocery list:
Correct: 2 16oz bottles of Heinz Tomato Ketchup
Incorrect: A few bottles of ketchup
Please be as precise as possible so that we can ensure that we give you exactly what you need.
Provisioning Overview
Cost of the groceries plus 35% of total grocery bill (minimum of $100) and shipping costs from Nassau
Standard orders must be placed at least two weeks prior to arrival. Orders placed within two weeks are considered Expedited Provisioning and will incur an additional charge of $250. Orders placed within 1 week are subject to availability and will incur an additional charge of $500.
- Step 1: Place your order by clicking “Order Now” or send us an email with your grocery list, where you’d like us to deliver and your date of arrival
- Step 2: We’ll send you a credit card authorization form for you to fill and return.
- Step 3: We’ll go shopping for you and if there’s anything we can’t find we’ll let you know.
- Step 4:
- Staniel Cay Rentals: We’ll stock your items for you on your day of arrival.
- Yacht Provisioning: We’ll meet you at the Staniel Cay Yacht Club or your dock of choice with boxes of your items
- Step 5: We’ll send you an invoice and receipts will be available upon request.
- Grocery shopping in Nassau (visiting multiple stores to fulfill your order requests)
- Delivery to mailboat /airport in Nassau
- Pick up items in Staniel Cay
- Delivery to accommodation in Staniel Cay
- Stocking your items in your accommodations in Staniel Cay
- Delivery to your boat for yacht provisioning
Cancellation is free of charge one week prior to the stocking/delivery date. If canceled within one week of the stocking/delivery date, we will charge the credit card on file in full.
