Get Your COVID-19 Rapid Test Taken at 3N’s!

Heres What To Know:

  1. The test is FREE for travelers with a travel visa
  2. No additional charge if the test is taken on our property.
  3. If you’d prefer us to come to your location, there is a $10 charge for 1 person or $30 for up to 5 people.
  4. Administrators of the COVID-19 Rapid Test are professionally trained and First Aid certified.

Here’s What To Expect:

  1. Please sign the Mandatory waiver here
  2. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time
  3. Please come with your ID and your travel visa printed or showing on your mobile device. (Make sure you’re in landscape mode to be able to sign in to the portal at travel.bahamas.gov)
  4. After you’re checked in we’ll administer the test and you’ll receive the results via email in 20 – 30 minutes.
  5. That’s it! Super easy and the entire process from check in to farewell is about 5 minutes

Booking this appointment with us means you’re going to be in the Bahamas and are fulfilling the requirement as part of your travel visa to do a rapid test. The administrator of the test are all First Aid certified and Professionally trained to administer the COVID19 Rapid Test. We will make sure that the test is as quick as comfortable as possible.

With that in mind we have updated our policies and procedures which will guide the way we interact with each other to ensure safety measures are followed.

We have reviewed and implemented protocols that advised by our local authorities, the WHO and the CDC to ensure that we not only meet their standards, but exceed them. We are continuously monitoring the changes and recommendations by these entities to continue working towards providing the best service possible while ensuring you’re safeguarded.

Based on the foregoing, we have designed guidelines that will enable you to enjoy safe tourism with custom made and realistic preventive measures revolving around hospitality, transportation, lodging, boat tours and public spaces.

By following these new procedures we are making our best attempt at keeping our team and you safe, but realizes that risk can be mitigated but not eliminated.

Book With Confidence: Flexible Cancellation Policy

We understand that during these turbulent times having a peace of mind that if your plans change you won’t be penalized is important. What’s important to you is important to us so we’ve created an extremely flexible cancellation policy so that you don’t have to worry.

Swimming Pigs Tour Cancellations

If your plans change 1 week prior to arrival we’ll send you a refund without penalty. Please note that the 3rd party transaction processor will have a non-refundable 3% fee, but you will not be charged by 3N’s.

You’ll also have the option to use the credit for a future tour up to 24 months

In the event that you need to cancel within a week you’ll be charged 50% of the tour price.

If your reason for cancellation is due to COVID19 contraction or issues with travel due to closed borders please contact us.

EMBRACE Resort Villas Cancellation

If you book your stay at EMBRACE Resort you can cancel free of charge two weeks prior to arrival.

If you cancel within two weeks there will be a 50% penalty.

If you cancel within 48 hours there will be a 100% penalty.

3N’s Track Record of Cleanliness

3N’s & EMBRACE Resort have always been praised for our cleanliness. Sanitizing guest amenities like snorkel gear after each use, taking special care while cleaning the villas and vacation homes and having a team that takes hygiene and self care seriously are something that we have always been proud of. We are also well known for giving our guests hugs so that’s something we’ll have to reconsider (just for now. ? )

With that, here are some of the ways we have upgraded our standards of sanitation during this COVID19 Era:

Frequently Disinfecting High Touch Areas

The housekeeping team will be going around the property and using a disinfecting solution to wipe down all the high touch areas such as pool chairs, door handles, hand rails and the like multiple times throughout the day.

Enhanced Cleaning Procedures & Regimen

We have partnered with top experts and international organizations to implement enhanced standards of safety and stringent procedures which are among the best in the hospitality industry. We’ve enhanced our cleaning regimen to ensure that rooms receive a deep cleaning between guests and also for stay-over guests. This involves special attention to disinfecting all surfaces within a guestroom such as lighting switches ,thermostats, counters, TV remotes, door handles, restrooms, windows and hangers using EPA approved disinfecting chemicals.

Hand Sanitizer Stations & Washrooms Throughout The Premises

We have installed hand sanitizer dispensers at designated locations within our property such as reception area and pool area for your convenience. These touch less hand sanitizer dispensers will be maintained and refilled to ensure that this is always available for our guests. Washrooms are available throughout the property in guest and team areas so we always have the opportunity to wash their hands regularly.

Observing Physical Distance

As a boutique villa property with low traffic social distancing is not a factor that is difficult for us to deal with, but still we will ensure our guests and team members observe and adhere to social distancing standards. Signage is put in place in our public areas to remind guest of social distancing and assist with the measurement of the required distance.

Ongoing Team Training (Including First Aid & CPR)

We are conducting vigorous and continuous training of team on practicing social distance, disinfecting the hotel and equipment, use of masks, sanitizers and gloves as per the local health authorities’ guidelines. So far we’ve completed both national and international training with our team to reinforce the importance of adhering to the above mentioned standards.

Additional Measures

Pre-arrival Check In & Contactless Check Out

For your convenience, you can do a pre-arrival check in by simply booking your villa online or calling us and we’ll send you a Credit Card Authorization Form to fill and return. On arrival you’ll be taken directly to your room and we’ll answer any questions you may have.

On departure we’ll send you your invoice 1-2 days prior to check out for you to review and charge the credit card on file and send you the receipt. If a paper receipt is requested we can prepare it and place it in your room.


Team & Guest Health Screening

We’ll shoot you on arrival, but we promise it won’t hurt! We will use an infrared thermometer to take your temperature on arrival. We’ll be doing this daily for our team as well as a precautionary measure. If our team members are showing signs of illness they will asked to go home and we will assist them with coordinating with the health authorities.


Masks Required In Enclosed Spaces

Guests are free to “go mask-less” within the property once social distancing measures are in place, but if visiting the office or leaving the property masks are required.

 The Bahamas has remained diligent in efforts to minimize the spread of COVID-19 throughout the islands and continues to follow the guidance of the Ministry of Health and government organizations. Given a steady increase in positive COVID-19 tests since reopening borders to international travel on July 1, The Bahamas is reviewing guidelines for international and domestic arrivals to The Bahamas, out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of both residents and visitors. The health and wellbeing of all who enter or reside in The Bahamas remains the number one priority, and even greater emphasis is being put on ensuring The Bahamas is a safe and clean destination for all to enjoy.

Those who booked travel under the former protocols that required an RT PCR test taken seven (7) days prior to travel will be permitted to enter The Bahamas with their Bahamas Health Travel Visa and negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result, through November 6, 2020 only.
